Otherwise OP has a good point, and I think hard removal bronze (Viper Witcher, Alzur's Thunder ...) should be on the list of things to be looked at because they simply make locks obsolete, bronze should be soft removal, not dealing more than 5 to 7 damage points, and let few silver and gold being the hard removal 8 to 14 points. Even then, I don't run lock in my Ciri:Dash lists. As you said, the odds of Ciri actually being locked are low. Much lower, in fact, than the odds of getting better value out of another bronze card. Playrate(and winrate) since you've effectively made your opponent's deck contain a dead silver.

  This really sucks, I’ve been there more than I’d like to admit. Curious why you didn’t just pay your registration though...your lack of a permanent address is kinda irrelevant. No matter what, the Jeep is still registered to your previous/current address. It’s not like the registered address just goes blank if you don’t pay your tags. Regarding smog, they give you a month to get a smog test once you pay the fees, and temporary tags until then. The DMV Registration tags expiring, that's on him. He can't blame the city, state, etc. for that. Renewing registration is key, because if any minor incident happens, you're facing serious problems -- which was the root of origin of the problems here (the stamp was a little coincidental bad luck).  I once had my car stolen by the city, back in the old city tow days when it wasn't administered directly by the city. Car was stolen from a legit parking spot. During the tow, they broke the fuel line. So not only did I have to pay $400 (1996 dollars) to get it out, I had to pay for a tow truck to haul out my now-broken car. PITA. A good idea. Someone should definitely take that on. I'm surprised no one has brought up that Bobby Lee thing. I remember in an episode of Tiger Belly that exact thing happened.
