Driving from Denver to any ski mountain, you go under or over the continental divide... anyone that's driven through the tunnel can tell you, it'll be a blizzard on one side, 90 seconds in a tunnel later and it's a beautiful sunny spring day on the other. Elevation is a big part of it, but yea a mountain range can cause strange patterns. Here we have the 'sierra crest'. The closer you get to the crest, the more snow and extreme weather you get. There's a town called Meyers about 15 minutes from me. Same elevation, but they get nearly double the snow because they're at the base of the crest. I mention elevation because if they live somewhere like Denver, it's not as extreme as Tahoe, or other parts of Colorado that are a bit higher up.

  This really sucks, I’ve been there more than I’d like to admit. Curious why you didn’t just pay your registration though...your lack of a permanent address is kinda irrelevant. No matter what, the Jeep is still registered to your previous/current address. It’s not like the registered address just goes blank if you don’t pay your tags. Regarding smog, they give you a month to get a smog test once you pay the fees, and temporary tags until then. The DMV Registration tags expiring, that's on him. He can't blame the city, state, etc. for that. Renewing registration is key, because if any minor incident happens, you're facing serious problems -- which was the root of origin of the problems here (the stamp was a little coincidental bad luck).  I once had my car stolen by the city, back in the old city tow days when it wasn't administered directly by the city. Car was stolen from a legit parking spot. During the tow, they broke the fuel line. So not only did I have to pay $400 (1996 dollars) to get it out, I had to pay for a tow truck to haul out my now-broken car. PITA. A good idea. Someone should definitely take that on. I'm surprised no one has brought up that Bobby Lee thing. I remember in an episode of Tiger Belly that exact thing happened. Bobby was talking about him leaving the Comedy Store with some girl and he shushed him a bit.  Here's one of Theo Von and Andrew Santino that's been circulating. They've got a bit to say about Chris and his relationship with Callen and Schaub earlier in the episode.They begin to talk more specifically about Chris and women at 8:20. Frankly, I think the most interesting comments will come from no name comedians Mark Hayes and Michael Lenoci. They were named by multiple people in accusations, including by one here on Reddit. They were allegedly hitting people up for D’elia.
